The Pritchett-Castiglione house is an Arts and Crafts inspired, passive solar design. It is Healthy Built Home certified gold. It employs solar-assisted domestic hot water and space heating via a radiant slab. Open cell polyurethane insulates the walls and under the roof deck. The home sits on a partial crawl space which is encapsulated and conditioned.
